Bug Description
The implementation class NdbIndexScanOpe
Please review revision 473 in craigs-latest which adds the missing methods.
The Timestamp fix has been verified to work in the clusterj layer.
The BigDecimal fix exposes another issue once it is accessed. But without this fix, it's impossible to test the underlying code.
