Bug Description
Now that Evergreen 3.9 has the Patron Preferred Language field it seems possible to add in the LookupUser User Language optional field.
Vufind and Aspen support multiple interface languages, so it may be useful to expose that info. We are going live with ReShare with Vufind as the search interface for our state ILL system this spring. So it may be useful to make use of that functionality.
