Bug Description
In order to keep the user's holds, etc., together when new barcodes are issued, one vendor would like for us to return the Evergreen database id of the patron. This number is far less likely to change than barcodes.
Here is a branch that adds a configurable option to return the user's database ID instead of barcode in the LookupUserResponse message.
