Bug Description
Since getDeviceData was replaced with ipdevpoll in NAV 3.6, software version is no longer found on SNMP-enabled servers .
It appears getDeviceData included a simple hack to parse version numbers from the SNMP agent's sysDescr value before it went on to more specific methods such as using the ENTITY-MIB. Many servers likely report the software version as part of the sysDescr value.
ipdevpoll should do something similar.
