Bug Description
ipdevpoll updates devices' sysname attribute from a reverse DNS lookup on the monitored IP address during the inventory job.
However, any IP device that isn't SNMP-enabled in the NAV configuration will not be touched by ipdevpoll, and thus its sysname attribute will never change after the device has first been registered in SeedDB.
