logengine ignores seconds from timestamps

Bug Description

The logengine matches HH:MM:SS timestamps when parsing syslog messages, but ignores the SS part when creating a timestamp for insertion into the database. All messages logged to the databasen will have HH:MM:00 as their timestamp.
