Add microformats in maintenance module

Microformats is a markup type described on http://microformats.org/. With some minor HTML changes, NAVs maintenance calendar can support this markup extension.

Use case here is that by using the Firefox extension Operator, it is possible to export maintenance tasks directly
into your own Google Calendar.

Working patch against MaintenanceListTemplate.tmpl and MaintenanceCalTemplate.tmpl attached.
