ipdevpoll inventory job crashes if a device reports multiple modules with the same name

Some devices have been observed to report multiple modules with the same name (such as an HP 2920 Switch Stack). This does not sit well with NAV's module model, since it requires unique module names within the same netbox.

A simple solution would be to append a module's serial number to its name if it appears it has name-duplicates in the collected data.
