Bug Description

The NAV user shuld be able to add (and remove) a unlimited(/large) number of dashboards.
Each dashboard should be a user-defined set of widgets.
The user should be able to set the name/rename every dashboard.
The user should be able to select one dashboard as "default dashboard", and this dashboard will be active on login.
Mulitple dashboards will enable the NAV-user to group similar widgets.
During troubleshooting the user can collect different views in one dashboard to get a better overview.
