Bug Description
Many of our customers use an integration between Xymon and NAV to push Xymon alerts through NAV.
Unforfunately, NAV doesn't offer any helpful alert subject descriptions for 3rd party alerts, unless those alerts are directly related to some entity that NAV knows. A typical alert from Xymon will show up as "N/A (300)", which makes no sense to users.
The most obvious/simple way of fixing this is to utilize part of the alert messages generated by templates, e.g. by using the SMS version of the alert message (which is used to describe alerts in several other parts of the interface).
