Bug Description
Version 2 of the python-gammu bindings changed the return type of the SendSMS API call (but did not update its documentation accordingly).
Using version 2 and newer will break the GammuDispatcher plugin of NAV's sms daemon, making it think no SMS messages are ever successful.
