Bug Description
NAV 4.4.0: If the behind-the-scenes AJAX call to fetch prefix utilization data fails (e.g. the API returns a 500 error), no visible feedback is given to the user - all the matrix entries just remain gray.
The user should at least be given notice that something went wrong. Exactly what to tell the user can be discussed.
