Bug Description
UiO - Jarle Bjørgeengen reports extremely long loading times for IpdevInfo. 15 second loading times was not unheard of. The fact that Django uses a new database connection for each query was thrown in the air as a suggestion about why, as the database is on an external server.
Analyze IpdevInfo and suggest optimizations that will increase loading times.

Debugging pinned this down to IPv6-issues with UiO's router, causing massive amounts of TCP retransmissions on HTTP connections between the NAV server and the Graphite server. Not our problem.
