Bug Description

The company IT Watchdogs, that produces the WeatherGoose series of environmental monitors, have integrated with Geist.

When purchasing current products from their line, or firmware-upgrading existing products, the product will transition from the IT-WATCHDOGS-MIB-V3 to the GEIST-MIB-V3. The latter is essentially a copy of the former, with a new enterprise number, and several object names changed (from the pattern `cm*` to `gst*`).

This means that new or firmware-upgraded products will no longer work with NAV's snmptrapd, as they are sending incompatible traps.

The weathergoose snmptrapd plugin already contains provisions for dealing with the transition from the original IT-WATCHDOGS-MIB to IT-WATCHDOGS-MIB-V3; these can probably be re-used to cope with the transition to Geist as well.
