Bug Description
Each service checker plugin includes a description of its purpose, and often, each of the required and optional arguments have descriptions too.
These descriptions are never show to the end user when they configure service checkers in SeedDB. This would be very useful.

Added description on mouseover (service column) for service checkers. Required arguments are marked with * as usual, and if there is a description set this is displayed as a tooltip, also as standard elsewhere in NAV.
