Bug Description
At some point (and I, unfortunately, suspect this has been an issue since the 4.0 release), Alert Profiles stopped accepting multi-valued input when constructing alert filters using the IN operator.
When adding a filter expression, and the IN operator is selected, user must be able to input multiple values. In the case where the value must be selected from a dropdown, multi-select should be enabled. When free-form strings can be entered (such as when matching IP addresses or the like), UI should probably dynamically append empty text fields to the value portion of the form every time one of them is filled out.

Toggling fixed. Regarding IP-addresses the documented feature is to write addresses separated by space.
