netmap zoom and pan does not work for some views

Bug Description
For some views in Netmap zoom and pan just does not work. The console spams the following error message:
Unexpected value translate(NaN,NaN) scale(0) parsing transform attribute.

The error occured due to the zoom field for a view in the database had invalid values. Solved by checking the sanity of the values and setting sane defaults.
