Bug Description
Before NAV 4.0, the Geomap had a "loading data" indicator (a spinner), so the user would know the map was busy loading data from the server.
Since NAV 4.0, this indicator has gone missing. In some instances, loading data from the geomap backend can be really slow, and there is absolutely no feedback to the user that Geomap is actually waiting for data from the server. This becomes annoying pretty quickly - especially during zooming and panning of the map.
When zooming, the detail level of nodes and links remains the same, and after seconds (or in some cases, minutes), the contents of the map change, with no indication that something was about to happen.
