Bug Description

The dropdown for choosing an IP Device when adding a new service in SeedDB does not work. This is because the old and buggy QuickSelect component is used.

Removed QuickSelect component. Added netboxes to form as per normal pattern.

John-Magne, what is the "normal" pattern? I checked out the latest stable revision, and found a regular dropdown listing all devices. How well does that work when there are 1600 devices to choose between? Can we have auto-complete search in the dropdown?
