Bug Description
I think the device group concept is great. Adding and removing from a group is easy.
Finding the edit page, however, is not easy. One would expect to find Add Device Group and Edit Device Group somewhere cloes to each other. But they are not...
Administration Device Groups and its members is much similar to adminstration Users and user groups. Merge the user adm UI and the edit functionality of device groups, and both will improve :)

One of the action points from the last nav-ref committee meeting was "editing of device group members should be part of the device group SeedDB page, the current navigation path to this interface is unintuitive".
I don't see where merging user admin and device group editing is related. I propose to map the above mentioned action point to this bug report and change the title of it to something way more descriptive than "device group improvements".
