Bug Description
The Netmap should have a print button which would either
a) open a printable view of the netmap
or
b) create a downloadable PDF file (or a vector graphics file suitable for inclusion in a PDF)
Exporting the map as an SVG document is already covered by bug 1068092, and may also be a stepping stone for ultimately producing a PDF.
