Bug Description

A full database dump of NAV is easily achieved via the pg_dump or pg_dumpall commands of PostgreSQL. However, in the interests of copying production databases to a testing environment, it is desirable to filter out log data from these dumps. Several years worth of ARP/CAM data, or alert history may not be interesting to keep for testing purposes, and will also cause a dump/load cycle to take an inordinate amount of time.

NAV should have script to aid in dumping the db and filtering out log data, maybe based on age.
