Bug Description
The name "logging" for the logging job was chosen for historical reasons, but doesn't make sense any more today. To convey that it actually only runs arp logging, it should be renamed to "arp".

Actually, the name "arp" may be questionable too, since it is IPv4 specific (of course, the plugin and the database table are also badly named, for historical reasons).
Since the purpose of the job is to collect and store logs of IP-to-MAC mappings for IPv4 and IPv6, I humbly suggest another name: "iplog".
