Nautilus File Manager window crashes when trying 'New Folder with selection' option

Bug Description

When certain files are multi-selected,right-clicked and clicked on the option 'New Folder with selection', the Nautilus File Manager window crashes. Please note that this issue happens only when the folder thumbnails are made to the maximum size using Control+Upscroll. This issue doesn't happen when trying this scenario using default folder thumbnail size.
The Ubuntu version is 16.04 LTS with the latest updates.
