Also it shifts even more if you resize terminal panel

This behaviour is present with Nautilus 3.4.2 in Cinnamon 1.4 (as available under Mint 13 Cinnamon), using the theme malys-unisex available on gnome-look. This is a cosmetic defect and a slight usability impediment.
