feature request: disable "exit" in Terminal window

Bug Description

This is more of a feature request, and I don't know how hard it is to implement.
When you accidentally type "exit" which usually closes Terminal, in this case just leaves you with an unusable black square on the top of the screen. I think it would be great if you could simply disable the exit command in nautilus-terminal.

Or, even better, make exit functional by closing that Nautilus window.

I think it is not a good idea, because if you type "exit" accidentally, you close your Nautilus window, and it is maybe not what you want :)
