It seems that the package is outdated... I am currently trying to rewrite this software from scratch (but I still have some issue with some Nautilus key binding that avoid the terminal to be used properly).
So I do not think that I will update this package, but I will probably package the new version when it will be finished.
If you want to install Nautilus Terminal, you will have to do it from the source tarball:
* Download the source here: http:// projects. flogisoft. com/nautilus- terminal/ download/ nautilus- terminal_ 1.0_src. tar.gz
* extract the archive
* run the following command: sudo bash install.sh -i
