Bug Description

When i open a ftp server via ctrl+l and ftp://foo.bar whithin Nautilus and try to rename a batch of files with renamer on that remote server, nothing happens at all. The windows which usually pops up, doesn't show. When i open nautilus from the terminal, ftp into my server (let's say the domain name is mydomain.de) and try to batch rename some files i get the following error message:

['/usr/share/nautilus-renamer/nautilus-renamer.py']
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/nautilus-python/extensions/nautilus-renamer.py", line 35, in rename_run
    os.chdir(dirname)
OSError: [Errno 2] Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden: 'ydomain.de/hosts/mydomain.de/test'

The "ydomain.de/hosts/mydomain.de/test" is not a typo, the output omits the first letter of mydomain.de.
