Click and Hold doesn't work properly on some elements

Gnome provides a way to click-and-hold in order to perform a right click. You can activate this in System > Preferences > Mouse > Accessibility

Click-and-hold on the back/forward buttons and the viewmode button initiates a left click as well as a right click.

it's because there's no click and hold functionality on theses elements.
I don't see a reason why there should be one on the view mode button. For back and forward it's ok to have this functionality but it never been implemented.

Ah no I think you are misunderstanding me. It's an a11y feature of GNOME. The problem is that the buttons are registering a left click even though it's a click-and-hold.
