The problem is produced only with "local files preview" activated.

I am not sure i understand the problem. Nautilus can't launch File Roller when clicking on demo.zip?

The error occurs when I try to open the folder with the contents of that zip: Extract the zip in a folder, activate preview and try to open that folder.

There's nothing i can do about it in nautilus. it's the previewer which crash. I had the same problem with a buggy library for xcf preview. Removing the previewer is the only solution. Nautilus has a very poor architecture concerning preview.
