Bug Description

On Ubuntu Oneiric the version from git trunk (2011-11-09) displays nanny-desktop-blocker under autostart applications and even Ubuntu Unity launcher, so you can actually run applications using pointing device even though the blocker is active. This happens when your time limit has passed and you try to log on with no limit available.

Probably the desktop shouldn't be blocked before logging on is complete.
