Nanny does not start

Expected result: Nanny starts, GTK window open with options etc
What happened instead:

In terminal nanny-admin-console gives this error:

There are several improvements related to session management and startup in upstream source repository since Nanny version 2.31.1 currently in Ubuntu, see http://git.gnome.org/browse/nanny/log/

Maybe we should add these improvements into Ubuntu package?
