hidden icons in launcher

edubuntu usb live. italian localization. I have many icons on my launcher (see the 1st screen-shot). I open themes panel and choose to set default icon theme on: many icons (also if related to active packages) disappear from the launcher (see the 2nd screen-shot).

I experience the problem choosing the following icons themes:
dafault, DMZ-Black, DMZ-White, gnome, handhelds, hicolor, HighContrastInverse, HighContrastLargePrint, HighContrastLargePrintInverse, locolor, LowContrast, redglass, whiteglass

Ugh... this is a nasty one, and makes the launcher mostly unusable. :S

Forgot to say this might be related to missing icons in the theme icon set. I will investigate further about that.

MyUnity has been removed from quantal. On stable and older releases this bug is confirmed to be caused by missing icons in some themes set. Therefore, I'm closing this bug now.
