myunity wont launch in ubuntu 12.04 armhf

I'm trying to use MyUnity on a Toshiba ac-100, powered by a Nvidia Tegra.

Myunity 3.1.0 package is in ubuntu repository, compiled for armhf but it simply wont launch.
ps reports a procces is running :
s 8627 1 98 11:47 ? 00:00:21 gbr2 /usr/bin/myunity

But no windows appear and nothing shows in a terminal not in logs. I don't know how to find more debugging info.

Same issue on my AC100 12.04 new install, armhf, 26 April 12
If you can provide info on how to collect a debug log, we can help find the cause.
