Bug Description
Hi @all.
Latest patches applied.
When I'm going to import a DVD and pushing the "Import..." button, nothing happens.
Best regards

Howdy, and thank you for helping to improve Mythbuntu by opening this ticket. I am marking this ticket as incomplete for the following reasons:
1. We aren't aware of an "Import..." button. Could you please describe where it is?
2. To truly determine the source of this kind of problem, we will need the myth related log files from /var/log/mythtv
3. We don't know what distro or MythTV version you are running (see further below)
But before doing any of that, please make sure to tick the checkbox to select the given track for ripping, and verify that your DVD device is set correctly. If that does resolve the issue, please be sure to let us know.
Lastly, I'm sorry to say that "Latest patches applied." does not have much meaning. At a minimum, we would need a changeset number, but even that would not be definitive. In the future, to create a launchpad ticket, you can execute "ubuntu-bug <package>", where in this case, <package> could be either mythvideo or mythplugins and it will automatically capture the required version information (and logs!). For now though, if you are still having a problem, the repo and version information can also be obtained by doing executing the following command: apt-cache policy mythtv-frontend
Thanks!
