No instructions on howto setup mythtv diskless server

I couldn't find any instructions on the system regarding setting up a diskless server. For my scenario I have a separate DHCP server in the network, so I only want to setup the PXE/tftp/ltsp on the server. The best instructions I could find were here-

but they are outdated and at least one link is dead. There should be better detailed instructions on how to get this working.

While this is true. The mythbuntu team really does not have the resources to commit to this. In reality, there needs to be a MCC plugin recreated for this. Marking as wishlist and if anyone wants to submit an MCC patch for this we can review and add this.

In 10.04 beta there is an additional step that was not mentioned on any howto I found. Run "dpkg-reconfigure nbd-server". Then answer the questions.

that should be inteigreaded in to the releas documentaion. but as a beta
there is no support offcialy.
