some themes cause new file type creation to fail in mythvideo

Bug Description

per this forum post and my experience, the default mythbuntu theme works well, but some of the included themes are not fully compatible with the current version (default installed version) of mythtv on mythbuntu 8.04.1 and creation of new file types does not work in the Media->Videos->File Types dialog.

Closing since 9.10 will come with the soon-to-be-released Mythtv 0.22, which has a completely new user interface and theme(s).
