Bug Description
Fixing overscan on a CRT always involves setting the offsets of the mythtv frontend screen. When settings these offsets to anything other than zero (the default), either by manually entering the numbers of by using the new 0.21 screen setup wizard causes the xfce menu bar to show at the top of the screen and the frontend screen is moved down below it. So 0x0 of the frontend window starts directly below the bar. The also results in the bottom of the frontend screen moving off the bottom of the X screen.
Resetting the offsets to zero moves the frontend back into fullscreen covering the xfce menu. Even setting the offset to 1 pixel produces this bug.

I've confirmed that if you change any of the four values (x size, y size, x offset, or y offset), you get xfce task (aka system) bar. Problem with mythbuntu, myth itself, or xfce?
