Bug Description

Step:
1. Set you computer BIOS to UEFI mode.
2. Try to boot Mythbuntu with LiveUSB.

Result:
* No bootable option available when you put your system in UEFI mode

Verified with Mythbuntu 16.04.1 and 16.04.2 dailylive image
