Bug Description
In MCC in 16.04, the repos tab lists 0.28 as in development. It also does not list 0.29 at all. Hitting the refresh button downloads a new repo list but doesn't change this.

MCC is downloading the list from the old downloads page. Currently the only way for a user to get the new list would be to manually drop the file in the ~/.mythbuntu/
