Bug Description
After watching a Recording, I exited during the movie credits by pressing the 'Esc' button without pausing the Recording. While looking through other Recordings, crash occurred.

same crash happens often on my system but while it is tuned to a TV channel (ATSC Digital OTA Antenna) which has bad signal quality. Crash happens also when Alt+Tab switching between applications and back to MythTV when it is still tuned to a frozen TV channel.
Trying to hit Escape to exit TV mode back to main menu usually triggers the crash.
