MySQL Error 2003 (HY000) Only with MMM

Hello

I'm constantly receiving this Error in MySQL:

ERROR 2006 (HY000): MySQL server has gone away

- Nothing appears in my query logs, error logs
- Nothing shows when running debug
- I do not receive this host when I connect with this string 'mysql --verbose --show-warnings=TRUE --debug-info=TRUE -u root -p' however I do see this error if I connect with this string 'mysql -u root -p'
- I have many other MySQL databases none of them are using MMM and none of them see this issue
- MMM is setup to be used with Jira Software. Jira hits the VIP of MMM, however the software tends to crash at times which leads me to this issue, after several minutes or seconds this error comes up.
- I have restart MySQL and testing without any software (Jira) connecting and just manually connecting (Issue happens)
- I've setup Master-to-Master under the same settings as MMM without this issue appearing.

Running on Debian Stable (Lenny) MySQl-Server 5.0.51a-24
