Bug Description
In MMM 1 there was a configuration option called auto_set_online:
# How many seconds to wait before switching node status from AWAITING_RECOVERY to ONLINE
# 0 = disabled
auto_set_online 2
MMM 2 doesnt have that. If a node goes offline and comes back within 60 seconds without resetting it's uptime, it is put back in online mode. Otherwise, MMM will wait for an admin to come check it out.
auto_set_online would be very good to have :)

should be timer rather than condition based? I mean what is it waiting for when it's awaiting recovery... repl to connect catch up, etc. then it can verify that later and if all ok, then put it online. There can be an initial delay, that's sensible.
