Setting reader online doesn't turn on read_only flag

Bug Description
mmm set to passive
DB2 was offlined (before this, the read only flag was ON)
DB2 mysql restarted (read only flag is now set to OFF)
DB2 set online
mmm set active
DB2 inherits reader role and read_only is still set to OFF
it fixes when:
moved the writer to DB2 (read_only flag is now ON on DB1)
moved the writer to DB1 and DB2 has read_only = ON again and DB 1 = OFF
This is on ubuntu 10.04 with mmm agent, common, and tools all at 2.2.1-1.
