Bug Description
The writer (Host A) is in network lonely island , for example the network cable is unplugged.
In this case ,the monitor will set the host A‘s status to HARD-OFF , and switch writer role to anohter host.
Howerver , the host A has the writer vip and the mysql is not "read-only", so I thinks it is a risk point.
Once the network of Host A comes back normal, In a period of time, there exites 2 writer ip in the work, some clientes could connect to the Host A and write something before the monitor change it role .
