--defaults-file not supported

Hi,
it seems that mydumper isn't able to use --defaults-file for e.g. avoid having a password show up in ps output.
I've added the support in this branch if you are interested https://code.launchpad.net/~filippo/mydumper/defaults-file

Here is a patch for mydumper 0.5.2 with Filippo's modifications (https://code.launchpad.net/~filippo/mydumper/defaults-file revisions 105, 106, 107 and 108)

Use with:
patch -p1 < patch_mydumper_defaultsfile.diff
