warn if no primary key

Bug Description

I just found out we had a table without a primary key (whoops). mydumper did not complain dumping it, but the result was incomplete.

We should either have support for tables without pkey (low priority I guess) or warn about the behaviour being undefined. Maybe a documentation update would be sufficient.
