--tz-utc causes segmentation fault

Bug Description

# mydumper --host XXX --user XXX --password XXX --database XXX --threads 99 --compress -C --triggers --events --routines --verbose 3 --tz-utc
Segmentation fault

...but if I remove "--tz-utz", the dump runs perfectly.

# mydumper --version
mydumper 0.9.1, built against MySQL 10.1.13-MariaDB

# lsb_release -a

Confirmed that this behaviour also occurs in TRUNK as of revno 188 (Fri 2015-11-06 11:38:22 -0300).

Also, using MariaDB RPMs from Rackspace's public IUS repository.

Since --tz-utc is the default anyway, it's not critical, but it's still a bug,

Thanks for the report, as you mention is the default so that option doesn't has any impact, even I think it can be removed as we are using a different option to disable it (--skip-tz-utc)
