Bug Description
As mydumper first take a complete list of tables, and after that start dumping all in that list is possible that table doesnt exist any more but is not a big issue.
As on this can be discrepancies it would be nice to be optional, with an option like --success-on-1146 to not increment the error count on exit and use a warning instead of critical
