Bug Description
When MyDatamart is transforming metadata, a window is placed in the middle of the screen (Regardless of where Mydatamart is actually positioned). Its z-order seems to be below the application as well. A small problem, but would be nice to position this above and in the middle of the active MyDatamart window.

The modal dialog window is a horrible thing anyway. Rather than fiddle around with its position (which can be done) I'd rather look at getting rid of it.
